A recipe for data-driven therapeutic discovery:  Advances, ingredients, and applications

Therapeutic discovery has rapidly changed with recent advances in high-throughput sequencing, B cell screening, and computational methods. These technologies can synergize to help find binders for harder targets. We will discuss some relevant advances and the key ingredients for integrating the data they help generate.

What will you learn?

A combination of high-throughput sequencing, B cell screening, and computational methods has the capacity to accelerate biological discovery for challenging targets and data-driven discovery will facilitate it. In this session, we will discuss:

  • Recent advances in antibody sequencing, wet-lab, and computational screening
  • Challenges of integrating these different components into an effective workflow
  • Key ingredients to leverage these technologies
  • Practical application of data-driven antibody discovery
