Setting up Rep-Seq for antibodies: There and back again
Sign up to learn more about setting up a validated immune repertoir sequencing (Rep-Seq) assay for BCR/antibodies
The integration of immune repertoire sequencing (Rep-Seq) data in antibody screening accelerates and improves discovery of new valuable candidates. Given the biological characteristics of the adaptive immune repertoire, important conditions for developing a high-quality Rep-Seq assay include well-curated germline databases, high-quality sample preparation and sequencing, and rock-solid processing software. Discover how you can address them and generate highly realistic high-throughput sequencing validation data based on AIRR-compatible repertoires.
