Junior Office Manager

Who we are

ENPICOM is an innovative immunomics data analysis startup, founded in 2017. We support organizations studying immune system related diseases and/or developing drugs influencing this system.

One of the unique software solutions we brought to the market is the ImmunoGenomiX (IGX) Platform. Its robust data-handling features allows life scientists and biopharma companies to discover valuable insights to accelerate the development of novel immunotherapies and improve human health.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it

As an Junior Office Manager, you are in the heart of the ENPICOM team! You will work side-by-side with HR colleagues in recruitment and learning & development, our Head of Operations and our CEO. This is a long-term role, and we’d like you to work between 32 and 40 hours per week.

  • Hospitality & reception – handle incoming calls, welcome and take care of our guests and colleagues with a smile
  • As the face of ENPICOM, you make sure that our office is clean and neat at all times
  • Keep mailboxes up to date  
  • Executive support for our MT
  • Finance support – processing payments & invoices, keep overviews updated
  • Sales support – process & follow-up on sales invoices
  • HR support – assist with recruitment, on-/offboarding, salary runs, pension plans and employment agreements  
  • Making travel arrangements for team members
  • Planning (video)meetings and calls
  • Organizing team events

The tick-boxes

You are not afraid of a challenge, you are eager to learn new things, and flexibility is your second nature! You are structured, enjoy planning and are creative in finding solutions.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • You have at least 3-years prior experience in office administration
  • You have proactive, excellent time management skills and are ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • You are driven, service-oriented, have attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • You have excellent proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • You are able to work efficiently in a high demand, team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Native Dutch speaker. You have good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in both Dutch and English

Preferred criteria

  • Familiarity with hybrid working tools, such as Zoom and MS Teams
