As an International Sales Professional you are able to drive the business forward to achieve our ambitious goals. The ideal candidate is customer and business focused, energetic, a team player and a self-starter. You will develop first contacts with new clients, manage existing business relations, support customer requirements with consultation on ENPICOM solutions, and you will coordinate and interact with various team members.
This position will require significant field activity, as you will lead the business development activities. This includes following up with leads, creating improved value propositions, writing proposals, negotiation and closing with all kinds of clients. Other tasks may include developing and implementing strategic and operational plans to achieve revenue objectives.
Besides this, you will contribute to appropriate processes to provide timely and accurate management information related to forecasts, market intelligence and industry trends. To do so you will build and maintain a strong network within the academic centers, pharmaceutical and biotech companies. As an International Sales Professional you will also identify and attend relevant conferences. Within this position you report directly to the CEO.
- Relevant Master’s degree (life sciences and/or sales preferred)
- A minimum of 6 years commercial work experience in pharmaceutical and/or life science industry
- Excellent communication, relationships management and sales skills
- Knowledge of immunology and next-generation sequencing (NGS)
- Recognize the following characteristics; comfortable in a small dynamic environment, pro-active, flexible, excellent organizational and negotiation skills, and result focused
- Proven track record with commercial growth strategies
- Experience within a growing company is a plus
- Fluent in English
