As an International Sales Executive, you drive the business forward and achieve our ambitious commercial goals. The ideal candidate is customer and business focused, energetic, a team player and a self-starter. You will develop contacts with new clients, manage existing business relations, support customer requirements with consultation on ENPICOM solutions, and you will coordinate and interact with various team members.
Your main activities consist of following up with leads, organizing customer presentations and demonstrations, creating improved value propositions, writing proposals, negotiation and closing with all kinds of clients. Other tasks may include developing and implementing strategic and operational plans to achieve revenue objectives. This position will require significant field activity.
Besides this, you will contribute to appropriate processes to provide timely and accurate CRM management as well as management of the information related to forecasts, market intelligence, and industry trends. To do so, you will build and maintain a strong network within academic centers, pharmaceutical and biotech companies. As an International Sales Executive, you will also identify and attend relevant conferences. Within this position you report directly to the Vice President Sales.
- Relevant Master’s degree (Life Sciences preferred)
- A minimum of 6 years commercial work experience in pharmaceutical and/or Life Sciences industry
- Excellent communication, relationships management, and sales skills
- Knowledge of immunology and next-generation sequencing (NGS)
- Proactive, flexible, and comfortable in a small dynamic environment
- Get things done attitude, excellent organizational and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of commercial growth achievements
- Experience within a growing company is a plus
- Willingness to travel (10-25%)
- Fluent in English
